- What devices does BidBildr run on?
- BidBildr is available for iPhone on the Apple App Store now. An Android version for Google Play is coming soon.
- Do my customers need to download an app?
- No. Customers open a secure link in their browser to view, sign, and pay. There is nothing for them to install.
- Can I collect a deposit or take card payments?
- Yes. Customers can pay a deposit by card when they approve an estimate, processed through Square. You can also record cash, check, or other payment methods.
- Does BidBildr handle invoices and change orders?
- Yes. An approved estimate converts to an invoice in one tap, and mid-job change orders attach to the same invoice so the scope and total stay protected.
- Are the signatures legally binding?
- Customer approvals use ESIGN/UETA-compliant electronic signatures, captured with a timestamp and an audit hash so any change after signing is detectable.
